It's HDR processing is not as good, or as comprehensive as Skylum's Aurora (which is a dedicated HDR processing application), but it's way better than the tone mapping function in Adobe Photoshop. Here's a glimpse:

Tone mapping with Serif Affinity Photo
I recently began a trial of this software program and discovered that it has a pretty neat Tone Mapping 'Persona', as Serif calls its different editing modes.
It's HDR processing is not as good, or as comprehensive as Skylum's Aurora (which is a dedicated HDR processing application), but it's way better than the tone mapping function in Adobe Photoshop. Here's a glimpse:
