Just What is Canon Doing Here!?

Here's a novel new 'camera' from Canon.

This is what I found in the B&H Photo & Video website on this new camera:

"A camera to take wherever you go, the avocado Canon IVY REC is an especially compact digital camera with a built-in carabiner-style clip to directly attach to your backpack or belt for easy carrying. As a camera, the IVY REC features a 13MP CMOS sensor for both photo and video shooting, with up to Full HD 1080p at 60 fps recording supported. A multi-mode function dial permits quick switching between shooting modes and built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth work in conjunction with the free Canon Mini Cam app for wireless image transferring and remote camera control from your mobile device. Additionally, as a camera meant to go anywhere, it is water resistant for up to 6.6' and shock resistant for falls up to 6.6', and, for a bit of fun, optional interchangeable faceplates can be attached to customize the look of your IVY REC."

A steal at US$129
