Straight shot taken just as the light fades and processed minimally using Photoshop.
Sky is brooding, light is dull.

Same time, same place but this is made from 5 bracketed frames processed in Aurora HDR Pro 2018 to add drama to the sky while lightening details the sculpture...

My favourite of the sculpture park group taken that evening - with a very dramatic sky (again an HDR shot)

As the light fades you lose all detail in the foreground - so a burst of flash, or some light painting with an LED torch suffices to add some punch to an otherwise dull-looking foreground.
